Terms and Conditions
1. Scope of Services
Virtual Marketing Assistant (VMA) offers remote marketing and administrative support services, including but not limited to:

Social Media Management
-
Email Marketing
-
Lead Generation
-
Content Creation
-
Website Support
-
CRM & Admin Support
Each client is matched with a Virtual Assistant (VA) based on required skills. Services are delivered on an hourly or retainer package basis.
2. Payment Terms

Hourly rate: $10/hour, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Monthly retainer plans must be paid upfront.

Monthly Retainer & Hour Usage: Clients on a monthly package are billed a fixed retainer based on the number of hours reserved. The monthly fee remains the same regardless of actual hours utilised.

Any unused hours will be carried over for one (1) calendar month only. After this period, unused hours will expire and cannot be redeemed, refunded, or transferred.

This retainer secures availability and capacity for the client during the agreed month.

Invoices are due within 7 days of receipt unless otherwise agreed.

Late payments may result in service interruption or late fees.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services (time-based labor and digital work), all payments are non-refundable once hours have been worked or services rendered.
Refunds may only be considered if:

No work has been started.

A technical or billing error occurred on our part.

A written cancellation request was submitted before service commencement.
Refund requests must be sent to naudine@marketing-va.com and are subject to approval.
4. Cancellation Policy

Hourly Clients: May cancel with 48 hours notice without penalty.

Monthly Packages: Require 30 days’ notice before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged.

Early termination of ongoing services will not result in partial refunds for unused hours.
We reserve the right to cancel services if:

A client is abusive, unresponsive, or violates agreed terms.

Payment is not received on time.
-
There is a conflict of interest or ethical concern.
5. Service Trial
A 7-day obligation-free trial is available for new clients.

Trial hours are limited and mutually agreed upon in writing.

Trial may be terminated at any time by either party.

No payment is due unless the client chooses to proceed with ongoing service.
6. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
All client information, content, and business data are kept strictly confidential. VAs under VMA sign NDAs and operate under the strictest professional standards.
7. Limitation of Liability
VMA and its contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use. Total liability is limited to fees paid for the specific month in question.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified via email. Continued use of our services implies agreement to updated terms.
